<\/span>\u8a55\u4f30CBT-001\u5728\u7ffc\u72c0\u80ec\u8089\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u7684\u7642\u6548\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u7684\u7814\u7a76<\/p><p><strong>\u72c0\u6cc1\uff1a<\/strong> \u8840\u7ba1\u5316\u77bc\u88c2\u6591<\/p><p><strong>\u968e\u6bb5\uff1a\u7b2c\u4e09\u968e\u6bb5<\/strong><br \/>\u4e4b\u524d\u7684 II \u671f\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u7d93\u5b8c\u6210\u3002\u5728\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0cCBT-001 \u6ef4\u773c\u6db2\u5206\u5169\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u8a55\u4f30\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u968e\u6bb5\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u55ae\u6b21\u905e\u589e\u5291\u91cf\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4ee5\u8a55\u4f30 0.02%\u30010.05% \u548c 0.2% CBT-001 \u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u3001\u6709\u6548\u6027\u548c\u85e5\u4ee3\u52d5\u529b\u5b78\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u968e\u6bb5\u8a55\u4f30\u4e86 0.2% CBT-001 \u7684\u7642\u6548\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u7d66\u85e5\u4e09\u6b21\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u56db\u5468\uff0c\u96a8\u8a2a\u4e94\u500b\u6708\u3002\u4e3b\u8981\u7d42\u9ede\u662f\u7ffc\u72c0\u80ec\u8089\u8840\u7ba1\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u95dc\u9375\u6b21\u8981\u7d42\u9ede\u662f\u6291\u5236\u75c5\u7ac8\u751f\u9577\u3002\u5169\u500b\u7d42\u9ede\u90fd\u986f\u793a\u51fa\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u8a73\u60c5\u53ef\u700f\u89bd ClinicalTrials.gov\u3002\u8a66\u9a57\u5b8c\u6210\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8207\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u6210\u529f\u8209\u884c\u4e86EOP2\u6703\u8b70\u3002<\/p><p>III \u671f\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u63d0\u4ea4\u7d66\u7279\u6b8a\u5354\u8b70\u8a55\u4f30\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u63a5\u53d7\u4e86\u4fee\u8a02\u5f8c\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p><p>III \u671f\u7814\u7a76\u6a19\u984c\uff1a\u591a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u96d9\u76f2\u63a9\u853d\u3001\u96a8\u6a5f\u3001\u5b89\u6170\u5291\u5c0d\u7167\u8eca\u8f1b\u63a7\u523612\u500b\u6708\uff08\u52a0\u670912\u500b\u6708\u3001\u96d9\u63a9\u853d\u76f2\u5ef6\u9577\u64f4\u5c55\uff09\u5e73\u884c\u6bd4\u8f030.1%\u548c0.2% CBT-001\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u5728\u7ffc\u72c0\u80ec\u8089\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u6bcf\u5929\u5169\u6b21\u7d66\u85e5\u3002<\/p><p>\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u8a55\u4f300.1%\u548c0.2% CBT-001\u4e73\u6db2\u8207\u8f09\u9ad4\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u6bcf\u5929\u5169\u6b21\u7d66\u85e524\u500b\u6708\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u7ffc\u72c0\u80ec\u8089\u773c\u4e2d\u7684\u7d50\u819c\u5145\u8840\u548c\u9810\u9632\u7ffc\u72c0\u80ec\u8089\u9032\u5c55\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u6709\u6548\u6027\u3002<\/p><p>\u4e3b\u8981\u7642\u6548\u7d42\u9ede\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u7531\u7ffc\u72c0\u80ec\u8089\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u7d50\u819c\u5145\u8840\u548c\u6291\u5236\u75c5\u8b8a\u9577\u5ea6\u589e\u52a0\u9032\u5c55\u3002<\/p><p>\u6709\u95dcIII\u671f\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u8a73\u7d30\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8acb\u8a2a\u554f\u00a0<a
