Cloudbreak Pharma is pleased to announce that Ms. Rebecca Chan has joined as the group’s Chief Financial Officer. Rebecca’s contributions will be instrumental to Cloudbreak Pharma’s future development.
Ms. Rebecca Chan has over 34 years of working experience in international accounting firms and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She has served as a partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. During various stages of her career, she led the capital markets services group of these international accounting firms. In addition, Ms. Rebecca Chan served as the co-Head of IPO and the head of the Accounting Affairs team of the Listing Division of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Her experience in executing various types of capital market transactions spans across different industries such as financial services, securities firms, consumer markets, technology, media, conglomerates, innovation and new economy industries (such as telecommunications, online advertising and biotech companies). She also served as a member of various governmental, professional and regulatory committees. She is currently a member of the Professional Services Advisory Committee in the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the Hong Kong Government Management Committee of the Consumer Legal Action Fund, the Hang Seng University Alumni Affairs Task Force, the Hong Kong Government Standing Committee on Legal Education and Training and consumer representative of the Hong Kong Government Affairs Panel. We believe that with Rebecca joining our leadership team, Cloudbreak Pharma will gain greater footprint in the market and create more valuable growth for the company.
