Chief Business Officer


Greg Brooks joined Cloudbreak on a part time basis as the Chief Business Officer in 2020. Mr. Brooks brings to Cloudbreak more than 35 years of marketing and business development experience in the pharmaceutical, biologic and the medical device industries.

Since 2015, Mr Brooks has been a senior strategic business consultant for multiple private and public biopharma companies and was involved in two successful M&A exits and multiple product licensing deals.

Previously, Mr. Brooks was the Vice President of Global Strategic Marketing at Allergan where he served three decades in multiple senior roles. During his tenure, he was responsible for global product line franchises and multiple launches for BOTOX® in ophthalmic, neurologic, medical cosmetic, and urologic conditions, as well as responsibility leading the ophthalmic pharmaceutical and cataract IOL device global marketing functions.

Mr. Brooks established Allergan’s Health Economics organization responsible for creating and developing the data required to support pricing and global reimbursement policies, and identified new business licensing opportunities for specialty disease areas.

Prior to his position as Allergan’s VP Global Strategic Marketing, he served in various senior strategic and commercial roles across the company’s multiple product lines. He also led Allergan ophthalmic pharmaceutical, cataract IOL device and contact lens care business entry into China in 1993-1995.

Mr. Brooks received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a Major in Marketing from Rider University and attended the Executive Finance Program at Harvard University.
